What I learned: 

  • Confidence through data - I found a voice of confidence when providing suggestions and recommendations to our account teams. No one could argue with data. 

  • Different Vertical Best Practices - Through the hundreds of tests I performed, I develop a knack of what performs best for each vertical. Let me share that knowledge with you and maybe we can unlock some new learnings. 

  • Quantity of Quality - Having the ability to test new ideas daily allowed me to instantly know if an idea was good or bad. I wasn’t afraid to test new ideas, and try something new, because its always on to the next test. As we say, when it doubt, test it out. 

  • Simplicity - Sometimes the simpliest changes can make the most impact.

Credit Meter Component

I helped develop a new component that integrated an animated progress bar in addition to a number counter that is found in alot of finance apps. I designed the overall look as well as the UI within the internal tooling so that designers can easily change color, shape, and copy to fit different verticals.

Cultivated Team Culture

I had alot of great memories with the creative team. I learned how to snowboard, went indoor skydiving, found that I get naseous while go karting, and tried new foods and drinks along the way. The team was an excellent support system and I know I'll see a friendly face anywhere around the world.
